Just wondering if anyone had seen thermal underwear for sale in the russian markets? Also may need a polar fleece and some zip off pants...

Never gets anywhere near cold enough for arctic apparell , never know what you may find in a dark corner though , they have what seems like a zillion vendors , should find the zip=offs , just search and have fun haggaling .

there is a stall that sells fleeces and big coats so you may find they have something on there. ill have a look if i go down there today.

At the Russian Market they have fleece jackets in western sizes and zip-off pants as well. Maybe OP is traveling to China afterwards so is hoping for some warm weather gear. I%26#39;d bring the thermals from home...

Most of the warm clothing you%26#39;ll find will be cheap , poor quality copies that are neither warm or durable. bring them from home if you can , if not , don%26#39;t pay too much and don%26#39;t expect any quality.
