Accomodation in Siem Reap...?

Hi,

Would really really appreciate any advice on places to stay in Siem Reap!! Finding it really hard to chose between the Borann, Secrets of Elephants, The Villa Siem Reap or the Golden Temple....has anyone stayed in any of the above or something else that is clean, safe, central to restaurants, not to far from Angkor and reasonibly quiet? Budget max $70AUD a night.
