How is the power situation in P. Penh and Siem Reap?
Are brown outs happening or not at all?
Brown outs?
Yes we have brown-outs in PP , but not often enough to be a real issue , many hotels/g.houses have emergency generators so then it is a none issue .

ditto odball%26#39;s answer in siem reap. Occasional lapses but it doesn%26#39;t really bother anything.
