arrive pp and catch bus to SR in one hour?

Does anyone know whether it makes sense for 2 of us to go directly from the PP airport (arrival 10:30) to the Mekong Express bus station and expect to secure seats? We arrive on February 17. I think there is a 12:30 or 12:00 bus (I keep seeing different schedules), but I didn%26#39;t know how long it would take to go through customs and then get to the bus station. Also, can you buy a ticket at the bus station? I keep seeing an address for the ticket office, but is that where the bus is actually located?

I%26#39;d appreciate any feedback on this. We%26#39;re excited about getting to SR, and then we%26#39;ll spend a day in PP on our way out of the country. I%26#39;d prefer not to have to stay in PP our first night and then again on our way out.

The last time I took that bus, it did not leave from the ticket office, but maybe others do.

I notice there%26#39;s a last bus at 14:00, so if you didn%26#39;t make the 12:30, you%26#39;d surely make that one.

You should have no problems at all, M.E. DO leave from there head office and then pick up at another spot on route. if M.E. are full there are two or three other options within minutes of there office that also have lunch time - early afternoon departures. You can also get decent cheap food and drink around the area, if all this fails head of to the central bus station and pick up a bus from there.Cheers

Do not worry about time through customs , the only delay you get is in the line up through immigration , fill in BOTH of the forms given to you on the airoplane , have your $20.00 us handy , give immigration your filled in form , wait till your name is called , pay the $20.00 , move on to passport check , collect your luggage , give your customs form to the officer and you are on your way . Many times through customs and never saw a bag opened .

Airport tuk-tuk at the exit $7.00 for the trip to town , tell him where you want to go , any problems , he will help you .

Enjoy a stress free trip from plane to bus and have a good visit with the friendly Cambodians .

Thanks for your help. I%26#39;ve seen the canby website, but there are other websites with different times for the ME. If we arrive on time, I think we%26#39;ll just head over to the ME office.
