Frangipani 90s HOTEL

Does anyone have any information on the Frangipani-90s Hotel (not the Frangipani-60s Villas, for which there are many online reviews).

I booked a room at the villas, or so I thought. Until yesterday Frangipani sent out email greetings mentioning that they had a new hotel. I wrote to verify that I was at the Villas and was told that, no they are fully booked, and I am at the hotel.

I know nothing about this hotel (there%26#39;s no info online, including Frangipani%26#39;s website). All I know is that it is located at House #25, Street 71,

Bang Keng Kang 1, Chamkarmon.

I know Chamkarmon is the southern part of PP. Does anyone know where this is? Has anyone heard anything about the ';hotel';? I%26#39;m not likely to stay there since I feel that Frangipani knowingly is trying to rip me off (All my email correspondence concerning the reservation was to and from frangipani60s@gmail.com from the website for the Villas), but I might check it out for the first few nights if it%26#39;s not far out.

Frangipani 90s HOTEL

Street 71 is a small north-south street one block east of Monivong Blvd and runs between Street 360 on its north end just passed Mao Tse Toung (Street 245) on its south end. Its about 16 blocks SW of the Independence Monument. Don%26#39;t know the new Hotel but the area is not that great an area. I used to work near there years ago. Trishatur
