Has anyone booked a hotel through www.tourismcambodia.com ?

I%26#39;ve found a really good deal for Hotel De La Paix in Siem Reap on a website called Tourism of Cambodia (www.tourismcambodia.com). I%26#39;ve never seen this website before and was wondering if anyone else has used it before to book their accommodation. Is it safe to book through them or is the site a dodgey one? Any help with this would be great.

Thanks

It is legitimate. I booked with them before and paid when I arrived. But that was in Phnom Penh and their office is right in front of Mittapheap Hotel. But find their price is higher after many trips to Cambodia. Why don%26#39;t you compare this two first.

I still think Asiarooms is the cheapest.

I booked all of our hotel for our recent trip around Asia through Asiarooms.

What is important is that it is Net price, includes Tax, and usually with breakfast as well.

Try it out

Hi we go in September and have booked 2 hotels with asiarooms.com I asked around first aswell. We are flying with Singapore airlines/silkairlines and they approve asiarooms as it is a singapore based company, so we have trusted them, just keeping our fingers crossed now.

Hi goldcoastgirl87, did you end up booking through tourismcambodia.com?

I%26#39;ll be going in Sept and I too was looking at the great deal for Hotel de la Paix.

I%26#39;m a bit hesitant about giving out my credit card and passport info.

Angkorhotels.org (part of the worldhotel-link network) has local people on the ground in each destination. This can be helful if you have any questions prior to your arrival, or if you should encounter any problems whilst you are in Siem Reap

They have some good lowseason specials at the moment - might be worth comparing.

Has anyone booked through www.tourismcambodia.com recently? There are some very good 3 for 2 specials for hotels in Siem Reap. I need a little reassurance.

Thanks
