i stay there when in pp,clean and good price,location is great as walk to the restaurants ect,very safe and well run

Most of Phnom Penh is safe , stay away from the obviously shady areas as in most cities world wide .I was only in the Paragon once , which is situated on the main Barang entertainment area , Sithawat key ( The riverside ). I went to enquire for a person here on the travel forum as to whether or not the lift was in operation , i found the staff to be very pleasant and responsive .

Come and enjoy the friendly/happy people of Cambodia .

Lovely views of the river. Great staff and accomodation.
