Just thought i drop a line about this place, The Winking Frog Hotel. Stayed in Phnom Penh a few times now and finally a small hotel with all the ticks in the right boxes. Great staff, great menu, very clean and i mean clean (caught cleaner removing the guard to the fan so she could clean the blades!!!!) at a great price starts about 10 US bucks. Meet some great locals filipino%26#39;s and expats so great source of knowlegde for the real cambodia. they have a web page just type in winking frog phnom penh.

Hey Russ wats up remember me, I met you at the winking frog. It indeed is a great place to stay, eat, drink, and dance. Lily is doing great btw Derek and yours truly have been taking great care of her for ya dn%26#39;t worry ;) ill be off to bangkok tomorrow anyway. Hey man great job with the spelling, i was almost convinced there for a minute that you were an ';actual'; teacher! The walking eagle loves ya too much pal, and let me know how that rogaine treatment is going I%26#39;m going to need it in about 20yrs.
