1 Night in Phnom Penh...chance to see Palace/Silver Pagoda?

Hi all...

I unfortunately will only have less than 12 hours in Phnom Penh en route from Siem Reap to China. I will land at 20:00 and must be at the airport by 7:00 the next morning.

Is there any chance for me to see anything of the Royal Palace and/or Silver Pagoda?? I will stay the night at a guest house very close to this area
