We intend to fly into hanoi, spend a few days there and work our way down to HCMC, staying a few days at various cities, across to Angkor Wat and fly out of Pnomnh Phen , Siem Reap or back to HCMC and fly out.Not all alirlines fly out of both cities, so we may use either Cathay Pacific or Malaysian airlines.
We are middle aged Aussies and active. Can anyone suggest an itinerary for must see cities, and best way to travel, either bus, train, flight internally.
