i was over in april and it was a little too hot for a fan room will it be more bearable in Decamber as witha low pound it will help me a lot .ehat do you guys thinks .

Yes you should be okay with a fan room during that time. Christmas week will be a peak time and you may have trouble booking a desirable place upon arrival.
Go to canbypublications.com or talesofasia.com and have a look at the diferent guesthouses/pricing/locations. Many of them will let you book on line and I would suggest you do.

I think fan is fine in December/January -- and if it%26#39;s really cool, then you may not even need to use the fan. That said, it also depends on where you%26#39;re staying, whether or not the room has windows / cross-ventilation, etc.
April is the worst of the hot season so yes, that%26#39;s when A/C is more important.
thnaks for that ,windows are a must .Just trying to cut back as the pound is very weak ,although i have changed most my money already .
good website candypublicatons saw roooms for 6 dollars and not in the lake side .Did not know you could find this cheap outside that area .
For me it just a place to sleep and lay me head so okay about this .
