Has anyone had any recent experience with the Ankor International Hotel in PP, specifically wether they will reliably hold a reserved room for a later arrival.
We should get in from Vietnam around 5pm or 6 pm and I find it comforting to know that a reserved room will be available after a long hot trip.
I stayed in The Paragon last time (March 2008) but I was just lucky that they had a room when I checked in(not what I had requested and not ready on check in) , despite 3 faxes, 2 phone calls and 4 emails over the 2 to 3 months prior to arriving.
Any information greatly apreciated.
